Hello Performers!
It’s great to have y’all be part of the yearly celebration of Evenground and our community. We are hitting year 3 (!!) and we couldn’t be more excited to see everyone again!
Below you’ll find important info and forms to fill out. This page will serve as the main info hub for The Anni’ and will be continually edited as we get closer to the date.

Deadlines
Saturday, Oct 17 — Team Photo & Bio Due
Saturday, Nov 7 — Registration Form, Final Roster & Payment Due
Saturday, Nov 14 — Final Music Mix (.mp3) Due
Saturday, Nov 21 — SHOW DATE!
1. Team Photo & Bio
Photo: Will be used to announce performer line-up, posted to Instagram (Team photo is great, Logo is ok too)
Bio: Will be READ ON STAGE to introduce your team, please phrase it as 3rd person
2. Registration & Fees
Dancer Fee: $20 per performer (35 people max)
Fee Waivers: Waived for current Evenground teachers, staff, and team members (even if performing in multiple sets).
Payment Method: Zelle only (Please do not use Venmo or Cash App)

In the Zelle memo/notes, please include your Team Name and Total Dancer Count.
3. Music Submission Guidelines
Set Duration: 2:00 – 5:00 minutes maximum.
Format: .mp3 only
Clean Mixes Only: Music must NOT contain profanity or explicit language. Any tracks violating this policy will be rejected and must be edited/resubmitted.
Day-of Backup: Once your music has been reviewed and approved, bring a backup copy of the exact file on a USB flash drive on show day.
4. Stage & Performance Specs
Stage Dimensions: About ~50 ft wide × 40 ft deep
Crossover: Yes, but everyone must walk
Stage Lighting: Full-stage wash ensuring all dancers’ faces remain clearly lit throughout the performance.
⚠️ Floor Notice: The stage floor has a rough texture and some paint chipping. Please advise your dancers regarding footwear and floor work.

5. Tech Rehearsal
Rehearsal Window: 1:15 PM – 5:45 PM
Group Time Allotment: TBD. Time slots per crew will be finalized once all set registrations are submitted to ensure every group is accommodated fairly.
The tech schedule and official show order will be updated here as soon as it’s finalized.
6. Location & Parking
Rodney A. & Mary Klett Performing Arts Center
2211 N Austin Ave, Georgetown, TX 78626
Parking: Free, open parking is available in the large lot directly in front of the venue (Georgetown High School lot).
Ticketing: Audience ticket links are coming soon!
Public Doors Open: 6:30PM
Show Starts: 7:00PM
