Victoria Kayode
Tuesday 7:30PM - Intermediate Choreo
Victoria was born in Arizona, lived in Canada for two-and-a-half years, and grew up in Virginia before packing her bags for Texas to start college at UT Austin. Her dance journey began glee-style as a member of her show choir team in the eighth grade, then high school, where she served as a dance captain for two years. Hungry for the opportunity to dance like the dancers she admired, she performed and competed with Redefined Dance Company at UT for two years. Victoria has also co-led dance workshops with Students of Caribbean Ancestry (SOCA), a student organization at UT, and taught a one-time class for Speakeasy. Once Evenground opened, she started taking classes and trained with Fine Lines for seasons one and three. Victoria is excited to keep elevating her practice and looks forward to being a new teacher at the studio she loves!
